Red 500 DNA size standard 800 loadings

The fluorescent pattern of the Red-500 size is a very accurate, fluorescently marked, pattern of size for analyzing the size of picnic fragments on each ABI sequencer with a 5-barner spectral calibration.The pattern contains 16, marked with red dye, uniform fragments in the range of 35 to 500 pairs of rules. The pattern consists of the following fragments: 35, 50, 75, 100, 139, 150, 160, 200, 250, 300, 340, 350, 400, 450, 490 and 500 pz.
